This week is already feeling so long 😴 so I thought I would share one of the more simple tips I have received as a new parent but definitely important. TRUST YOURSELF!! As new parents we can get in our own heads wondering if we are doing the right things or not but all we need to do is trust what we are doing is best for the baby and our family 💙
