Dr. Sarah Capetola, ND is a registered Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario who believes that every individual deserves high quality healthcare and the ability to take control of their health. This belief has driven her passion to work within the healthcare field. Her mission is to educate, empower, advocate and promote health and well-being. Sarah aims to discover the root cause of health issues and develops individualized treatment plans to help you reach your health goals. She uses a holistic approach that is evidenced based and inclusive of your personal values and decisions.

Sarah is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She holds an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree from McMaster University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Infant and Child Mental Health from Seneca College.

Sarah believes in giving back to the community. She has achieved many hours of volunteer experience at Toronto Sick Kids, Habitat for Humanity, tutoring young readers and participated in Vesa Eco Abroad projects. Sarah upholds her belief that we are stronger and healthier working together.

Sarah has interest in supporting all individuals on their health journey but has a special interest in gastrointestinal disorders, allergies, food sensitivities, skin concerns, mental health, hormonal disorders, chronic pain and inflammation. Sarah leads with integrity, dedication and compassion to help you achieve your best self.
