I provide individual therapy and parent coaching to develop strategies that will help to achieve your goals. I support children, youth, adults and parents using a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support your journey. These approaches include anti-oppressive, cognitive behaviour therapy, strengths based, client centered, and trauma informed. I also enjoy incorporating play and other creative aspects into sessions. I graduated from Ryerson University in 2017 with my Master of Social Work and I am a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

I believe that healing requires stepping into discomfort and hope to support you to manage the different feelings that may arise. I hope to provide a healthy space for every individual to be heard, understood and to build on their strengths. I am looking forward to connecting with you.
