As a survivor of complex childhood sexual trauma, I know firsthand that unhealed trauma can become trapped and stored within our bodies and manifest into various symptoms such as unhealthy coping mechanisms, toxic relationships, challenges with intimacy and several mental health challenges like anxiety, depression and more.

I am passionate about helping women recognize and release the barriers that are standing in their way from embodying their true feminine essence and helping them reclaim their power and voice as a sovereign woman.
