I'm a mother of four, and a birth professional who is passionate about everything related to birth and babies! I certified as a birth doula in 2016 and never looked back!!! I currently serve on the board of directors with the Association of Ontario Doulas, I'm part of Experienced Birth Doula Program with Markham Stouffville Hospital, Scarborough General and Centenary Hospital, I'm a doula trainer with Doula School International (formerly Doula Training Canada), and have taken trainings with Spinning Babies, Dancing for Birth, and Evidence Based Birth.

I believe that everyone deserves to be supported throughout their perinatal and postpartum, and having someone who knows about birth can really help people feel empowered and heard during their experiences. As doula I have many roles, and having worked with so many families really has offered me a wealth of information to share with my clients. I pride myself in being dependable, organized and professional, and I love showing people how amazing becoming a parent can be when you have the right education, advocacy and support in place.
