I am a wife and mother of two wonderful boys. I have been a Registered Dietitian for the past sixteen years in Canada and in the USA. I completed my studies at Ryerson University’s Food and Nutrition Program with a minor in Family Supports and Community Services. In addition, I completed the Masters of Health Sciences program, at the University of Toronto.

I also have experience in weight management, infant nutrition, and working with individuals and families. I have worked as an instructor at both the public and private colleges teaching nutrition (e.g. general nutrition, pre-natal and post-natal nutrition)

I have a passion for food and maintain that healthy food is important along with great taste. The eating of food is an experience that should be enjoyed and provides benefit to the body. I primarily work with mothers of younger children desiring to regain their health and better nutrition habits; while influencing the health of their families.
