At PUSH - Mama Care, I specialize in nutrition for women's health and pediatrics using a non-diet approach. Specific topics of focus include prenatal nutrition, postnatal nutrition, infant nutrition, and pediatrics.

We offer services in both individual nutrition counselling, as well as group workshops. Navigating nutrition in and around pregnancy can be an overwhelming experience – especially with all of the contradictory information out there.
