A Doula's focus is on empowering your opportunity for choice. Done by offering up-to-date information and education prenatally. This support prior to babe's arrival produces confidence that "yes!", you are the one driving the car throughout this experience.

A doula is there every single step of the way. Helping you navigate decisions and the inevitable twists and turns of the journey. Bringing you back to a safe place with the gentle encouragement of "you've got this" every single contraction. Continuing care and offering knowledge during your postpartum journey.

Postpartum-specific care is focused on offering support that allows you to step into parenting with confidence and rest! Anything from light house keeping, meal prep, and older child care to walking the dog. We'll offer our time to do what you feel would be most helpful. But of course, the priority is offering help with feeding, baby care, questions, community resources, and emotional well-being.
