BRIA is a virtual care clinic that helps Ontario women who have mental health struggles across the reproductive life cycle: when trying to conceive, during pregnancy and the postpartum/ early motherhood stages, and throughout perimenopause. We offer comprehensive services, including various therapies and supports for women when hormonal changes and life transitions commonly lead to mental health challenges. Many of our assessments and services are covered by patients’ private health insurance or health spending accounts. OHIP-covered services, including psychiatric and medication assessments, are also available for some patients, when required. We offer a multidisciplinary approach to women's mental health care— and offer appointments within 1-2 weeks!
