I started my journey into Myofunctional Therapy after the birth of my second child. I had been a lifelong mouth breather and both of my children were showing symptoms of tongue tie, oral dysfunction, and sleep and breathing issues. As I began researching my children's symptoms, I began learning how myofunctional disorders can impact not only oral health, but overall health and wellbeing. At that point, I knew that myofunctional therapy was something that I wanted to further pursue in my career.

I strive to educate my clients and empower them to live better and healthier lives. My therapy programs are specifically tailored to the needs of each client to ensure they receive the approach that works best for them.
