About
The meaning of Solera derives from the Latin word sōl, meaning sun or solar. Many of our clients come to us feeling unwell and with a dark sense of hopelessness. At Solera, we strive to be the ray of sunshine to guide you on to better health.
At Solera, we believe that mental well-being and nutrition should always come first and supplements (when needed) come second. We love helping clients who feel “STUCK” because the “typical” nutrition recommendations aren’t working and they don’t know what else to do.
We know that you’ve tried EVERYTHING else and that your time is valuable. That’s why we believe in using unique testing techniques and individualized meal plans based on your health history, goals, and concerns.
