Hi, I’m Rachel - A Registered Dietitian.

I specialize in women’s health, fertility and pregnancy.

My mission is to help people have a healthy relationship with food while teaching them the nutrition fundamentals to reach their health and hormone goals.

I’ll help you to optimize your nutrition, upgrade your diet and lifestyle, and support you to reach your goals - whether that is having a healthy baby, getting a regular period back, or healing a disordered relationship with food!

I see clients virtually across canada and in-person in Bedford NS. I often work with people who have PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothalamic Amenorrhoea, Infertility, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), or who just want to make sure they are doing everything right to support a healthy pregnancy.
