As your Doula, we aim to empower your birthing experience by providing you with the support you need to feel confident in birth.

We place a focus on informing you of your REAL options in a birth setting and how to advocate for the birth you want. We are the bridge between natural & holistic birth practices and medicalized birth. Regardless of your birth location, plan, or course of interventions, you (and your partner) will be provided with the emotional, intellectual and physical support needed throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey.

Discuss your wants, needs & wishes with your doula, and she will guide you in preparation; present in each moment with a spirit of love and compassion.
