About
I am a family sleep specialist and empowerment coach. I work with your family to turn sleep times from stressful times to connection times by looking for the root cause for sleep issues. I'm a respectful parenting advocate who is trauma-informed and I work with both neurotypical families and those on the autism spectrum, including Pathological Demand Avoidance. If you are here in BC, you are able to use your child's over 6 AFU funding to direct bill me for my services.
If you need support with your infant or child's needs, I am here for you. I work with expectant families right up to families with elementary school-aged children.
