This group is hosted by Lara Proud BN RN, CLC - Lara lives in New Brunswick but teaches an incredibly comprehensive Canada-wide online prenatal course called Empowered Birth. Lara has been a Nurse for 10 years but having her son in 2018 changed everything and she created Beyond The Bump Education to meet the gaps that are missing in our "typical" prenatal classes. Lara's passion for empowering new parents with all of the information you need to make INFORMED CHOICES and really understand how birth works to help you have the smoothest birth experience possible!
