Hey Dads!! We wanted to share some of the best food to add to your diet if you are struggling to wake up. Make sure to add these items to your next grocery list:


- Greek Yogurt: it has plenty of protein and calcium to help through the mornings

- Eggs: they offer nutrients such as; vitamin D, vitamin A, iodine and folate

- Oatmeal: it is loaded with Omega-3 and folate

- Grapefruit: very hydrating, filling, and known for fat burning properties

- Bananas: they are a healthy carb, helps you feel full longer and the potassium lowers your blood sugar
