Soo.. My daughter has just turned 3 and she has lately been giving quite a bit of attitude when it comes to eating. She has stated that she only has 3 favourite foods... Cheese, Bananas, and Apple sauce. She is beginning to fuss about eating anything else and last night spit her chicken out on her plate and refused to try anything else.
Any suggestions?? 🤦🏻♀️
My sisters daughter went through the same type of phase, I completely understand how frustrating it can be. Amie only ever wanted to eat grilled cheese and pickles.. what is it with kids and cheese. 😂 Happy to report she has since grown out of it but they did see a behaviour coach for a little bit!
